2024 WARRNAMBOOL BOWLS CLUB ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

2024 AGM AGENDA

Notice of the 134^th Annual General Meeting to be held at the Club on Sunday the 30^th of June 2024 commencing at 1.00pm

Business to be attended to: -

a) To confirm the minutes of the last proceeding being the 133^rd Annual General Meeting held at 7.00pm 28^th June 2023

b) To receive from the Board the Annual Report upon the transaction of the Club during the financial year.

c) To declare the Five (Four (4) full term positions and One (1) Half Term) nominated members elected to the Board. The candidates shall be elected for two (2) years and one (1) year for the half term, subject to the provisions of sub clause 17.1.(h) & (i) Grounds for Termination of Director.

d) To elect Auditors

e) To appoint honorary Solicitors.

f) To set Membership Fees for the 2024 – 2025 period

g) To transact any other business affecting the interest and welfare of the Club of which due notice has been given according to the Rules: 12.2 (b)

h) To transact any other General Business, but any resolutions arising from such business shall be recommendations to the Board only.

i) Call a special resolution for the Life membership of Bill Tory

j) Set the date for the 134th Warrnambool Bowls Club Annual General Meeting.

a. Proposed Date of the 135^th AGM is Sunday 26^th June 2025 at 1:00PM.

CURRENT NOMINATIONS

This year there will be five (5) postions available on the Board of Management, four full term (two years) postions and one (1) half term postion (one year)
